Minimum Order Value :: We currently have a min order value of £150 per order as we do not take orders for single items. All items can be ordered individually with the exception of Bodystockings and hosiery which must be ordered in quantities of six per size and colour.

Postage and Packaging :: All postage and packaging is currently free of charge but will remain for a limited time only.

Returns Policy :: Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return. We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this, Sizing guides are also available on our website www.pleasuresallyours.co.uk and are extremely accurate. Payment Legal title to the goods shall not pass to the buyer unless the seller has been paid in full. No orders will be processed without payment details for non account customers.
